Brief Answer:
Better you take her again to the pediatrician

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for asking on this platform

Most common cause of cough, cold in pediatric age is some viral infection or allergy.
Giving nasal saline drop with some mucolytic (sputum thinning agent) and antiallergic helps in such cases.
Most of the time it is limited to upper Airways and improves with Conservative treatment but sometimes there can be involvement of lower Airways and there can be congestion.
With involvement of lower Airways usually there is breathing difficulty and poor feeding.
I won't get worried if baby is otherwise active, taking feeds well and there is no breathing difficulty.
I would request you to consult your pediatrician again for clinical evaluation and prescription of medicine for cough or other symptoms if needed.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.
With regards

Brief Answer:
Don't worry as it is normal in this age

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for follow up

Passing urine 8-10 times a day or once in 3-5 days is normal in this age. This is gastrocolic reflex which causes passage of stool immediately after having feeds.
I won't get worried if baby is active, accepting feeds well, passing urine adequately and there is no significant vomiting.
I hope this helps.
I shall be glad to help you further if you need any.

Regards
