Brief Answer:
Treatment method conservative

Detailed Answer:
Hi there

Thanks for the query

You need to sit in a foam donut cushion. Avoid sitting on hard surfaces.

Perform Sitz bath around 3 times daily for 15 moves each session by sitting in a tub of warm water with added Epsom salt.

Eat high roughage diet to prevent constipation so that extremely hard stool does not get formed which can put a lot of pressure on the coccyx.

You can take Tablet Ibuprofen 400mg twice a day for 5 days to relieve the inflammation.

Perform low back extension and back leg raises to improve muscular strength.

Injection steroid or phenol can be given to treat or coagulate the Ganglion impar which can reduce the pain.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
