Brief Answer:
It is called coccyx fracture

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think you are having fracture of the tail bone. It is called coccyx fracture. TO confirm the diagnosis you need to get x ray of the tail bone and show it to orthopaedic surgeon.
Following is the management.
1.Avoid sitting on hard surface, use a ring shape cushion so there will be no pressure in the centre.
2.Sit in a tub with hot water, to give that part hot fomentation. It is called sitz bath.
3.Take pain killers like brufen for some time.
4.Avoid constipation, jerky activities and travelling for some time.
I hope these steps will be helpful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
