Question: I'm a 38 year old male who took a fall on a staircase and fractured my coccyx about 8 months ago.It has pretty much incapacitated me without showing any sign of healing. What should I do?

After an injury to coccyx there can be problem due to malunion or due to nerve root compression. If you are bed ridden and cannot walk around then a nerve related injury is likely.
If there is only pain and discomfort then it can be taken care of with the help of medicines local steroid injections or surgically.
I encourage you to consult an orthopedician and get an mRI scan done to find out the exact problem. For the nerve related issues do consult a neurologist.
