Brief Answer:
Central cause should be ruled

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on your description a central nervous system cause for your symptoms should be ruled out primarily. A neurological exam, testing for eye movements, Slit lamp exam, fundoscopy would be required initially. If a focal neurological deficit involving the sensory or motor system is found then a CT scan can be advised to look for a possible stroke. However , if the physical exam is normal and your symptoms haven't recurred then ENT and Eye exam should be conducted to look for any local cause for your symptoms. The unilateral numbness and watery eye can be related to a 7th nerve palsy but that can only be determined by a physical examination. I would advise you to go to an E.R near you to get the proper assessment.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
