Brief Answer:
Reports are very old hence post recent reports.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query about your uncle.
Noted the reports and current medications and that your uncle is suffering from chronic pancreatitis since 2003 - medications he is taking and wants to know what should be done.
The reports are very old from 2003 to 2009.
The USG in 2003 showed pancreatic calculi
The CT scan in 2009 showed diffuse pancreatic parenchyma without any calculi in the duct of pancreas.

As per the history the pancreas has now shrunken , there are no stones or lymph nodes..
Hence he has to maintain the the following:
Diet as it suits.
Creon and other medications to continued.

Please post recent condition and investigations like Endo-USG, MRI and/ Contrast enhanced CT scan.
Note: For further follow up on digestive issues share your reports here and Click here.
