Brief Answer:
Get investigated before shifting into otc drugs

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thanks for asking HCM.
I am Dr Rakesh Sharma answering your question.
You have tried lots of over the counter sell drugs.
Now I would advice you to get yourself thoroughly checked by a competent physician, because total history as per complains , symptoms and examination gives lots of clue as to what could be a provisional diagnosis and what investigations to be ordered.
You have not mentioned any other medication taking for some other ailment, if at all you are on other drug it may cause insomnia as well.

Treatment based on the reports of your investigation , clinical findings , symptoms, and complain will make a better recipe than just only symptomatic treatment.
For time being you can carry on with the drug which suits you the best.
Avoid alcoholic and drinks containing caffeine.
Stick to your timing of meals , waking up in morning and going to bed at night.
Take fibrous diet and lots of water to facilitate bowel and bladder movement.
You can give it try before seeing a doctor.
If you have more queries please do write.
Have a good nights sleep.
