Brief Answer:
you need not be worried...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Your description of this medical problem is incomplete to arrive at a possibility. But it seems like you are suffering from chronic headaches. And in this context if brain MRI is normal, then it's a positive finding and you should not be worried.

Can you name the treatment prescribed by your doctor here? This will allow me to direct you further. And since a blood pressure control medicine is prescribed, do you suffer from hypertension?

Brief Answer:
Please elaborate...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

It's good to know you don't have blood pressure issues and MRI brain as well as venogram was normal.

Can you explain what you meant 'in water park while playing high rides suddenly got stroke'. What stroke are you referring too? Explain / describe your problems.

Since the scan reports are normal, as I said earlier your description seems like chronic headache. It can be managed by simple pain medicines. Frequent and more bothersome headache will need every day prophylactic medications.

I will wait for your elaboration before we discuss further.

I have visited theme park . While playing scary rides I sit in rides. When it start ,and while going Up and Down at one moment suddenly my heart bit increases because of speed and height when rides goes up . After few minutes of this my headache starts. After 2-3 days of this incident I ask to doctor about this he said that it is only because of High blood pressure suddenly increased at that moment. Hence he gives me some BP CONTROL TABS for 15 days . When headache is Occurred frequently I checked from other doctor and he advice me to do MRI for this. He also suggest some BP control tabs for 1 month only.

Before this I never tried or sit in swing also even in childhood also. Because I get feel like headache, giddy.

This is still occurs as I said earlier .

Thanks, XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
Continue BP medicines

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

It seems your headache is related to BP fluctuations. Giddiness may be related to the same. I don't feel there is an element of stroke there. Further I am glad you have had brain scans and normal scan reports are encouraging.

I'll suggest you continue medicines prescribed by the doctor and hopefully you get better. In the interim you can take simple pain medicine that I suggested earlier when you get headaches sporadically. We can evaluate the situation after couple of months.

Hope this helps.

Regards
