Question: I suffer from long tem constipation. recently during my monthly cycle I got piles. Is it reversible or the skin will stay outside always. Please suggest.

Hi there,

Piles you have is related to your long term constipation. If you continue to have constipation its very likely that the piles may increase and become symptomatic.
You need to get treated for both constipation and piles.

Even if you get the piles treated with banding or laser, with continued constipation its very likely that they may come back.

Piles can have bleeding, thromboses and be very painful as well. Get checked by a surgeon immediately and also get the constipation evaluated.
