Question: Hi, since mid 1990's I have suffered with Shingles, shortness of breath(48 without medication), ulcerated eye. rejection of 2 cornea grafts and have now been diagnosed with low grade prostate cancer, I have had every scan and MRI , lung function tests which state I have medium emphasyma and 80% lung capacity, liver and kidney tests, angiogram etc etc but nobody can find anything else. I am a Vietnam Vet and was sprayed etc, any ideas, thanks XXXXXXX

I can understand your concern.
Emphysema is pathological irreversible disease of lungs. It is the likely cause fir your long standing chronic breathlessness.
Another possibility is Pulmonary embolism. You are having cancer and hence possibility of pulmonary embolism can not be neglected.
You need CT Pulmonary angiography to rule out Pulmonary embolism.
So please let me know
1. Have you ever undergone CT Pulmonary angiography?
