Brief Answer:
blood tests for h pylori and endoscopy can be considered

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

If the burning is consistent and the last tests were 2 yrs ago, some of them should be repeated.

Endoscopy to take a look at the esophagus and stomach , blood tests for H pylori should be considered.

H pylori bacteria can cause unresponsive reflux symptoms and it is very common.
If this is identified by blood tests then treatment with triple therapy (2 antibiotics and one reflux medication ) would be needed.

Endoscopy would identify any changes in the structure of the esophagus and the stomach eg erosions or ulcerations

If there is no infection (with h pylori) or any other issues and there is no response to medication, then you and your doctor may want to consider surgery.

This is definitive treatment.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
