Suggest Treatment For Chiari Malformation

Question: My son's partner has been diagnosed with Chiari Malformation. She has an appointment today with a neurologist and we are obviously waiting for the outcome of that appointment. We are expecting to be waiting for a long time to see a neurosurgeon. She has severe symptoms and feel she needs urgent help. They do not have private health care, however, if necessary, we can arrange money for an operation. Can you offer any advice or do you know of any expert neurosurgeons in this area. They live in Brisbane. Thank you.
