Suggest Treatment For Chest Tightness And Breathing Difficulty

Question: Ok, I had a visit with a Pulmonologist recently, No Pfts but after my complaining of tight chest and difficulty taking a breath, he was confused because of the PFT tests that i have taken showing good outcomes.
He scheduled a CT and they just called me and said that he found something abnormal and wants me in the office in three days.
Not sure what abnormal means in this case. He knows I have thought of Emphysema and can tell me on the phone. he knows I have no signs of Bronchitis.

Any thoughts of what may be found on a CT that you say Abnormal but wont say over the phone?

Brief Answer:
This is difficult to guess.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
Well, first of all tell me how are you?
It's been long time since we talk.
And honestly speaking, it's very difficult to guess about abnormality.
It may be some filling defect in artery (embolism) or some nodule or Pulmonary hypertension or emphysema.
It could be anything.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
