Brief Answer:
Unlikely to be cardiac in nature

Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
If your stress test is negative, then your symptoms are unlikely to be cardiac in nature.
You might be having these symptoms as a result of advancing age naturally.

Other reasons can be stress, anxiety, reduced sleep, thyroid disorders, respiratory issues.

If all these causes have been ruled out, i feel these symptoms can be ignored.

When stress test is negative, there is no need of getting an angiogram done.

This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.
