Detailed Answer:
Welcome to HealthCare Magic. Thank you for posting your query.
I can understand your concern.

I think you are talking of central serous retinopathy(CSR) . CSR can be caused by
- Type A personality
- Emotional stress
- Alcohol consumption
- Systemic hypertension
- Gastroesophageal reflux disease
- Tobacco use
So I would advise you to avoid stress and avoid binge drinking that you often indulge in.

But you do not have to worry much.

Generally, the visual prognosis is good. The majority of patients suffer no significant permanent visual loss.

Since the vast majority of cases of CSR resolve spontaneously over time, most often the initial treatment of choice is observation.

If you are using corticosteroids, these should be discontinued .
Despite isolated reports, no medical therapy is of proven value. The treatment options for CSR include either laser photocoagulation or photodynamic therapy.

Look at life from the positive side . To relieve stress , I would suggest you to -

- Try relaxation techniques like consciously breathing in and out for 5 minutes a day.
- Write out 3 things that went well that day in a diary. maintain it.
These are just a few tips.

Do not worry much.
All the best.
Regards.

Thank you I'm feeling better but I'm still getting hot flashes and night sweats even during the day I'm also pretty fatigued as its been about 3 days what do you think this could be because I'm afraid I read it could be early symptoms of HIV

Brief Answer:
Not to worry. Probably it is not hiv

Detailed Answer:
Do not worry.
I can understand that you are anxious about your health.

Get a blood hemoglobin, total count , TSH done.
Often hypothyroidism, low blood hemoglobin (anemia) can cause fatigue.

I would suggest you to take multivitamin capsules for the fatigue.
Your doctor can guide on the exact dosage.

I am not concerned about HIV based on the details you provided.
