Question: what is an incomplete subchondral fracture? And what is the best treatment for it? The full quote is: the included osseous structures demonstrate subchondral T1/T2 linear signal of the anteroinferior medial femoral condyle which does not extend to the cortical surface with surrounding reactive marrow edema suggestive of incomplete subchondral fracture in the setting or trauma. Subchondral infarct as seen with osteo chondritis dissecans may give a similar appearance. Other wise unremarkable.

3.Tablet Brufen 400 mg twice daily if pain is there.
