Brief Answer:
Physical therapy

Detailed Answer:
hello I am sorry to hear that your symptoms have not improved significantly since surgery.

At this time I think you need to sit down with your doctors and put together a plan of physical therapy and strong anti-inflammatory medications to help you maintain your mobility and function.

If you continue to have issues you may need to apply for temporary disability.

Thanks again for sending your question. Please let us know if you have additional concerns.

Sincerely,

Dr. Galamaga

Hello. I have to have the carpal tunnel done again.but I've noticed my third finger is very stiff and won't bend like the other fingers when making a fist.the joint at the finger nail end is a bit swollen it doesn't hurt a lot.could this be arthritis. Its more stiff at the end of the day if I've been working all day.

Brief Answer:
Considerations

Detailed Answer:
This could be arthritis or what they call trigger finger. I would probably have the orthopedic specialists take a look at this. Sometimes an injection we'll help .
