Brief Answer:
Kindly upload picture of sore on the floor of her mouth .

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.

I have read your query and understand your concern.

To help your daughter better , kindly upload picture of sore on the floor of her mouth .

It could be due to
1) canker sore covered with whitish coat .
2) sore due to viral infection like herpes virus .
3) Sub-lingual salivary gland duct opening inflection
4) Dental trauma
5) Certain acidic food

If I were her treating Doctor for this case , I would advice her
Antiseptic chlorhexidine/Betadin Mouth Wash twice daily ,
multivitamin multimineral antioxidant syrup twice daily &
Tab vitamin C twice daily .

She will get relief .

Hope this information helpful to you .If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Regards.
