Brief Answer:
Could be due to urinary infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, urethral opening burning is commonly caused by urinary infection.
You've to confirm it, by doing a routine and culture test of urine.
Till the reports come, you can take Syrup Citralka twice or thrice daily, depending on severity of burning.
Drink 8-10 glasses liquids daily.
Taking the syrup citralka in a glass of lime juice, is more helpful is the opinion of many people.
If you're diabetic,check fasting sugar with HbA1C.
Wish you well.

A few days ago when I was finished urinating I felt like I needed to finish but nothing came out. Next time I went then pushed and some white stuff came out. Looked like seamen. It doesn't brn when I pee or anything. I noticed that I have had too urinate many times during the night. I'm 44. Have psoriatc arthritis and drink a decent amount of alcohol every night. Read about prostatitis? I'm also taking testosterone injections but have been having a hard time getting/ maintain erection with a lower libido. This is even after taking estrogen blocker...forgot name.

Brief Answer:
Prostatitis is a possibility. Testosterone and estrogen have side-effects.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
Well, it's good you've given a background of your medications.
Urinating frequently at night, is all the more reason to have your urine tested as advised earlier.
Yes, in your case, prostatitis is a possibility. Get a urine flow rate test done.
It's best, if you can get an examination by an Urologist.
If you go with reports of blood Hb, creatinine, sugar,LFT, PSA, and an ultrasound scan of the abdomen and a TRUS(trans rectal scan), of the prostate.
According to reports, the Urologist can give you an expert opinion.
Whats the reason for taking Testosterone and Estrogen blockers.
They've side-effects.
These with alcohol, may affect libido and cause erectile dysfunction(ED).
Wish you good health.
