Brief Answer:
Non Ulcer dyspepsia

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

thank you for the query.
Did the mucaine gel and ranitidine relieve the sensation? What do you mean by panting, is it breathlessness? were you sweating? What medicines are you taking for diabetes and high BP? Are they controlled?
Since all the tests were normal you may have a condition called Non ulcer dyspepsia. Mucaine gel may not work for NUD. You can take Ranitidine.
Did you try GELUSIL MPS gel. Do you have burning pain at the anus as well?
Cut down spicy and oily foods.
