Question: i had sexual intercourse with a woman in korea ever since that night i have been stinging and burning all down my thighs and testicles also the tip of my penis and ureatha and needing to urinate alot, been tested for every std known and all negative, i went to the doctors they treated me for epyditimitus witch has not helped and ideas? 4 months now

I have two things to suggest. Firstly, some kind of STDs present very late, I mean tests would be positive after a certain latent period. So, it is better to get tested again if we are not getting any other alternative diagnosis.

Secondly, few cases of chronic epididymitis are very resistant to treatment and are non bacterial. So, even antibiotic courses does not work properly for them. You need to discuss about these two with your treating doctor.
