Suggest Treatment For Bumps On Fingers And Ulcer On Tongue
Question: I HAVE TWO 1/4 INCH IN DIAMETER BUMPS ON MY LEFT INDEX FINGER AND PINKIE. bUMP ON THE SIDE OF MY RIGHT TOE (BUMP IS CIRCLED IN PURPLE. tHESE HAVE APPEARED SINCE YESTERDAY, Saturday, 1/15/16. They are tender to touch.
Numberous apthous ulcerations appearing on sides of tongue, underside of tongue, inside lower and upper lips, throat. Progressively increasing in numbers since Friday morning. Some localized areas of grayish rather than pink gingival tissues

I would like to know is there history of injury.
Regarding the ulcers, it might be related to the stress or the food you eat, may also be due to injury occurred during chewing.
Grayish discoloration is seen with mouth ulcers. But it will nice if you can upload the picture of this also.
Presently I would suggest you to avoid spicy food, alcohol and smoking. Rinse the mouth with the antiseptic solution twice daily. Apply dentogel (Benzalkonium ChIoride, Choline Salicylate, Lignocaine) two to three times daily. Along with it take capsule becosules once daily for 15 days. Probiotics like sporolac or ecobion will be beneficial.
