Brief Answer:
Bunch of pappular chest skin elevations /Under Investigations

Detailed Answer:
Impression-Bunch of pappular chest skin elevations /Under Investigations

-HI,thanks for the update of your photograph, but its without any written information.

I reviewed your query details and the photograph of the bunch of lumps on the lower chest between the nipples and upper central abdomen between the upper rib cage boundaries.
Updated Photographs are not accompanied by any of your’s or /doctor’s notes of the past history related to these bunch of papular discolored(blackish/reddish?) chest skin lumps.

My Primary observations based on your updated photograph-
It Appears to be bunch of pappular chest skin elevations of died out skin infection/skin irritation 12 yrs back.

-Still Need More information, so as to suggest any treatment-
Still to suggest any treatment I would need more information as follows-

Please update –How these lumps used to appear-with acne at that age,or any other reason like body spray- you remember at that time?
What were the complaints with these lumps? Were they itchy, painful, red?did any abscess with acne heads appear that time?
Any similar lumps in the axillary /ampit area?
How did you treat them at that time- With doctors oral medicines or with creams or they went off on their own?
What are the current complaints from the bunch of this lump?
Did you wear any long chain with a pendant at that time and currently if any?

Suggestions to plan Solution to your problem-
In the absence of this information I would suggest you to have Second Opinion with Your Dermatologist, who would work up on the above angles and thereafter could plan needful treatment.

Still if you want to ask any further query in this regard,I would love to help you out by another 2-3 sessions online at HCM.

Hit thanks if satisfied. Will appreciate review with your excellent comments. Welcome with any other further query in this regard.

Good Day!!

Detailed Answer:
Impression-Chronic Acne Spots with Comedones

HI,Dear,thanks for the information.
Immediate Treatment Plan-
I would advise you to have microdermabrasion for these black/white heads of the old acne spots causing bunch of chest lumps resistant to many treatments you had over last 12 years.
For Choice and execution of this you need to consult your Dermatologist.

Investigate for any other hidden medical illnesses by blood tests for Sugar/Lipids/Thyroid.

General Tips-
Regular Skin Hygiene of the chest,to avoid neglected cleansing /hygiene.
Emolients like Aloe gel,Vaseline thin smear after bath, to maintain skin hydration
Good Diet with fruits
Enought Water Intake.
Jogging for 20 minutes a day, would recoup your healing power.

Long Term Plan-
As this is very tricky and resistant entity, would need maintenance follow up treatments from time to time at least till 40 yrs.
This would help your resistant bunch of chest lump issues in the long term.

Contact after 1 months time with a Followup Premium question to ME.

Will appreciate your Hitting thanks . Will appreciate review with your excellent review write up comments.

Welcome with any other further query in this regard,if need be.
