Question: I have a few small pale bumps on the base of my penis. I'm a little worried they might be genital warts. I've done my research and discovered that most warts are painful or itchy and I have none of those problems. They're also hard like scars. I do regularly trim my hair with a trimmer that I don't clean often. The bumps are only on the right side of the base of my penis and they're small but I can notice them. I scheduled an appointment with my doctor for next week but it's hard to wait that long with these nerves. I've had the bumps for a coupe of weeks now.

I am so sorry to hear about these bumps. I have reviewed the information and it is classical for skin infection. This is common after shaving the genitals. I will recommend that you cleans regularly with an antiseptic such as betadine. There is no need for an oral antibiotic now unless something else comes up. Take tylenol for pain and all will be fine.
