Suggest Treatment For Bumps Around Penis

Question: I have like 5 or 6 zit like bumps spread out just above my penis area. They do not itch but they look like zits and arent irritated. This couldnt be herpes?!

This is really all I can get as a clear picture. I mean I wore the same underwesr for a few days in a row. But last time I had sex was unprotected sex was in the beginning of July. These i just noticed.

I was going through them and I admit that their quality was poor to let me see more details.

However, from what I have noted, there seem to be skin irritation due to poor hygiene and wearing the same underwear for a few consecutive days.

Keep good local hygiene. I also noted that you shave the hair there. I advise not to shave the hair until improvement.

If no improvement within a few more days, and if the bumps will persist, I advise to consult further with a dermatologist as you might need specific treatment.
