Suggest Treatment For Bumps And White Patches On Penis

Question: Hey can you take a look at these bumps on the underside of my penis and the white patches of skin on my upper penis shaft. And tell me what you think.

I have recently been tested for all testable stds 6 weeks after last unprotected sex. And all were negative.

Thanks for writing to us at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photographs.
I can see some faint white patches along with redness on the shaft of the penis.
They are not related to any STD.
Red spots appear to be some sort of contact dermatitis to anything used on the penis while white spots appear to be some post inflammatory hypo pigmentation.
You don't have to worry about either as they are not something serious.
In such cases I recommend my patients to apply corticosteroid cream like cortisone cream on the red affected area twice daily for 7-10 days.
This redness should disappear while white patches will take time to resolve on their own.
