Question: I fell earlier now I have a bump on wrist where isnnends. I can still love fingers

I did get crater but they had to send to radiologist to review. It's still hurts bad they didn't give me pain meds. I can move fingers but very stiff.

Hello,
It would be best if I can see x rays because that will tell if it is bony swelling or a soft tissue swelling. If it is bony hard then you may need surgery for removal of this.
If it is soft tissue, then it is most probably ganglion. This can be treated with steroid injection and aspiration. Along with this you should continue with physiotherapy. This will improve stiffness of the finger. You should also take tablet Brufen 400 mg twice daily. Apply volitran ointment, and hot water fomentation.
