Question: positive hat's but negative blood test, brown discharge for two months in a row instead of period, what can cause this?

A negative blood test rules out a viable pregnancy. The brown discharge that you have can be due to a missed abortion. It can cause a brown discharge with retained products inside the uterus. It is best to go for an ultrasound scan to find out the cause. In case no pregnancy is found on an ultrasound then a hormonal imbalance needs to be ruled out after proper blood tests.
