Brief Answer:
Brown bumps on scalp with Non hodgkin lymphoma

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on your description, the brown bumps could possiblybe due to scalp folliculitis involving the shafts of the hair , impetigo involving the skin or an allergic skin reaction ( contact dermatitis ). If scabs are present with crusty patches then seborrhoeic dermatitis can be the cause. The head should be examined for any sores which bleed and are not healing as that may indicate squamous cell carcinoma of the skin.

Topical bacitracin and neomycin can be advised in addition to terbinafine. More secere infections require oral antibiotics and/or antifungal medication for fungal infection. Clean the scalp regularly with a gentle shampoo.

Wishing you best of health
