Brief Answer:
May be

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The new pain needs to be investigated.
Amoxicillin cause gastric irritation. Generally we prescribe proton pump inhibitor along with Amoxicillin. Also Amox should be taking during meal to avoid the side effects.
So I suggest to take Omeprazole 20mg twice a day half an hour before meal to nullify the effects of Amoxicillin.
You can test if this because of gastritis or not with the help of MYLANTA. If the pain reduces it is gastritis else it could be related to heart. In such a case an EKG is must at ER.
