Suggest Treatment For Bronchial Spasms, Fatigue And Acid Reflux

Question: had symptoms of bronchial spasms, feeling of congestion in lower bronchial area and extreme fatige for several months. Saw my general doctor and then a cardiologist where stress test, ekg and echocardiagram all came back normal. They suggested possible Gerd but I don't know feel the buring one gets with acid reflux. Don't know if i should see if I have some sort of allergy or need chest xray. reaching wits end.

I would suggest the following tests -

A chest Xray and a spriometry.
If both these tests are normal, then GERD is a possibility.
GERD is possible even if heartburn is not there.
If a course of Nexium provides relief(i.e 40mg Once Daily 30min before breakfast for 10 days), that itself is diagnostic of GERD.
