I had gone through your question diligently and I understand your concern

Looking at your symptoms and prevalence of swine flu in MP XXXXXXX it seems that your concern is very genuine
I would like to know whether you have been exposed to any patient of swine flu or you traveled to swine flu prevalent areas like XXXXXXX XXXXXXX or gujrat
swine flu mostly present with high grade fever 102 or 103 degree with difficulty in breathing running nose coughing or diarrhoea

I treat such patients in clinic routinely and in such case it could be any of these possibilities

acute upper respiratory tract infection either bacterial or viral
swine flu
asthma
allergic reaction
pneumonia
tuberculosis (TB)

I would advise you to ask your doctor for a battery of tests like CBC ESR AEC and an X ray chest or an pharyngeal swab test for swine flu

in my opinion your doctor should have given you a course of antibiotics and cough syrup
please do warm saline gargles
steam inhalation
please immediately visit your doctor on worsening of symptoms

I would like to know, are you asking about eosinophilia or ESR??
i would request you to upload your lab reports.

Treatment of eosinophilia is directed toward the underlying cause, the eosinophil count can be lowered by corticosteroids such as prednisone which is not advisable in parasite infestation

looking at your history with high ESR, it could be any of following conditions
Asthma
allergic reaction
parasitic infestation
some kind of cancers
Hypereosinophilic syndrome
TB
or an autoimmune disease

if you can upload your complete lab reports and X ray chest i will be able to tell you more precisely about your sufferings
