Question: Sorry, 29 yr old female. I am frequently suicidal, and it was suggested that I have borderline personality disorder. I find it hard to agree with as it would be a judgment or attack on my character as a mental health problem. It's a way of thinking rather than biological which if true, then it's very embarrassing to except and I don't know what to do to keep safe. Medication is not generally recommended for the disorder.

Brief Answer: Suicidal tendency requires experts addressal Detailed Answer: Hi, You are very young and you can prosper well. A 29 years is a productive age and you have a lot to achieve in this world of opportunities. You have to see a bigger picture of it than minimizing yourself. Look at the filled part in a half fill glass. I think you are constantly look at the other half and feel that nothing is left for you in life, hence you have suicidal thoughts. Have you attempted suicide? As you say I think you just require a mentor and a philosopher who can guide you well. Leave all what other doctors say about personality and label some diagnosis on your head. Let them help you achieve the unaccomplished goals. I think leave behind about character assassination and stuff like that. In this world as per stats there are lakhs of people who were diagnosed with the said disorder it does not mean people have ended lives. Go to your doctor and tell him how do you want to live? with medicines or therapy. You choose it.

Brief Answer: Yes you need medication support Detailed Answer: Hi, If you are emptied out of the medicine, you have to refill them. Find ways to come out of the medication and approach a non drug therapy. While drugs help you short term till the non drug approach takes time to heal. In your case medications work like a stick that helps the fracture of a bone to heal while bones rejoin naturally with good nutrition and immunity. Sleep is a type of non medication therapy. Hence Sillnox helps you get good sleep and aid natural healing.
