Brief Answer:
Ointment mupirocine

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
Recurrent folliculitis happens due to bacterial infection.
Bacteria harbours in nasal cavity and perianal area.
Oral antibiotics are usually helpful but recurrence is common as bacteria doesn't get eliminated from body.
I treat such cases with oral antibiotic like amoxicillin 500 mg thrice daily for 7 days and ointment mupirocine to be applied twice daily in nasal cavity and perianal area for a month.
This should help you.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.

Advice is for permanent cure

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the follow up.
I know the problem is in lower abdomen area as you have mentioned in your previous question.
I advised you to take oral antibiotics for these lesions.
Nasal cavity and perianal area harbours bacteria which cause these lesions.
For permanent cure it is important to treat these areas hence I advised you to apply mupirocine for a prolonged period.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
