Question: I was eating dinner and all of sudden my vision went blurry, I began shaking all over, I couldn't stand on my own. The symptoms have decreased; however I'm an RN and a little concerned. I've taken 5 mg of adderall, 1 XXXXXXX for a shoulder injury, 1 mg of Klonopin, and and 200 mg of Zoloft. should I go to the ER or wait it out?

Brief Answer:
It may be better to get evaluated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms and am glad to note that you are getting better.

It is possible that these symptoms would totally subside and you would be fine. However, it may be better to go to the ER and get a complete physical and neurological examination done.

Also, are these your regular medications, or just recently started?

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,

They are my regular medications. The sudden onset is what frightened me. If it occurs again tomorrow should I go to the ER?

Brief Answer:
Yes, would agree with you.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.

Yes, you can wait now and visit ER if it recurs tomorrow.

Thanks for letting me know that they are your regular medications, as I was looking for any adverse effects of medications, which is unlikely in your case.

Best wishes,
