Brief Answer:
Further evaluation required

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM.
This may be nothing, but I suggest further evaluation since it may indicate in some cases transitory ischemic attacks so called TIA and rarely even sign of brain aneurysm. So you should do neurological examination and head CTscan for a start. Wish you good health. Regards

Brief Answer:
TIA means sudden decrease in blood flow in carotid or intracranial vessels.

Detailed Answer:

TIA means that there was sudden decrease in blood flow in carotid or intracranial vessels. It may happen if there is atherosclerosis of carotid vessels or spasm of brain vessels. MRI should rule this out and you should not be afraid of it.
