Suggest Treatment For Blood In Stool

Question: well it started last week after a BM I wiped and there is a tiny streak of blood on it I mean tiny hardly notice it and was there for a few wipes then went and fast forward to today and the same thing happened took some pictures hopefully you may see if something is wrong? there is no present blood in the actually stool that I can see just on the paper a tiny amount like a pen line streak

The bluish discoloration all around the anal orifice is suggestive of hemorrhoids. For now, observe only. Take Sitz baths thrice daily for the time being.

I haven't had hard stools though just normal and the blood is not on the stool just when I wipe
