Brief Answer:
Hi

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM
Thank you for the query
I understand your concern
Well if stool blood is bright red and small amount and not mixed with blood then likely it is due to piles or small cut (fissure) in stools.
Also some degree of indigestion with burping and metal taste.
Try following things and see if you feel better
Ensure adequate water intake
Avoid straining for stools
Take high fiber diet
Regular exercise is important
Keep a watch on your stool color.
Do not sleep two hours after meals
Avoid stress
Get yourself examined locally and worthwhile getting your hemoglobin and thyroid function done too.
Hope this answers your query
Wish you a speedy recovery
Best wishes
Happy to help
