Brief Answer:
Your colonoscopy result is very good. Polyp has been removed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Pedunculated polyp simply described how the polyp was attached to the intestine wall (with peduncle - we can compare it to head and neck, polyp is a head, peduncle is a neck). When its pedunculated, can be removed completely. This is good.
Please note that every polyp needs to be removed. Colon cancer grows mostly from polyps. As you now have no polyps in the intestine, the risk of colon cancer at your case is minimal.
Small hemorrhoids are the veins localized in the rectum. Nothing needs to be done with it. As they are small, most likely do not give any symptoms. If you want them to stay small, increase fiber rich products intake to avoid constipation.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

what is a polyp made of. was this polyp causing the blood in the stool, because the hemmorrhoids were too small to be the cause of the blood mixed with stool.

Brief Answer:
This polyp could be the reason of blood in stool.

Detailed Answer:
Polyp is made of intestinal cells. It is a kind of benign tumor (malignant tumor is called cancer). The cells which it is build of are mutilated and its only goal is to multiply. That is why they grow creating kind of polyp.
10 mm polyp is a small structure however sometimes it can be the reason of bleeding. For sure, there is nothing malignant in your large intestine. If they didnt find anything else (like inflammation or diverticles), the polyps seems the only possible source of blood in the stool.

Regards.
