Suggest Treatment For Blood In Semen And Urine

Question: I am 27, male, and pretty healthy, go to the gym 3 times a week. Today I was masturbating in the shower while using an anal sex toy. When I ejeculated I noticed blood in my semen and then when I peed right after it was bloody as well. I have masturbated like this before and never had this happen. Could I have been too rough and damaged something? Also, I took a small dose of a generic Viagra before this as well. Again, I have taken this many times before with my girlfriend and never had this happen. Note that this occurred immediately after masturbating and it has never been an issue before, I had not eaten anything this morning or before this either. Should I go see a doctor? What can be done to help this heal?

Thanks for query .Based on the facts that you have posted bleeding that you had after masturbating is due to injury to urethra resulting out of rough and vigorous shaking of your penis wile masturbating ..

Drink more water and observe for 3-4 ours and watch for blood in urine next time you pass urine .Normally this bleeding stops within 3-4 hours

If it persists visit ER for necessary treatment .

Take antibiotic like Cefrofloxacin with Diclofenac twice daily for couple of days to prevent infection .
