Please give details.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.

To recapitulate: Female/25 - blood blisters around groin and armpits - 2 courses of antibiotics without any benefit - terrible pain at the bottom of back and front - pressure under ribs - feeling tired and quite not alright -Seen by a Doctor testing for diabetes but ignoring your pain...

You have 2 different problems and most probably not related to each other.
The first one is, blood blisters. I was just wondering as to what the problem would be. If you do not mind, please post the clear pictures of the blood blisters under the armpits as this helps for on-the-spot diagnosis in some cases.
Since when have you got this problem?

Secondly the pains in the areas you have mentioned.
Do you mean to say the low back and lower abdomen?
Please give more details for me to correlate well.
Is the pain not allowing you to bend or work?
Any radiation of the pain to the thighs or legs?
What is the type of pain - burning, throbbing or what?
Any other points you would like to share?

The pressure feeling under the ribs:
Does this pain increase on local pressure or is relieved?
Any gastrointestinal symptoms like nausea, vomiting, bloating or change in bowel or bladder habits?

Please share the reports of your all the tests for me to co-relate well.

thank you for a reply.
im unable to send a picture at the moment, its like a red blotchy rash each spot/blister is roughly the size of a 2p coin there the ones around my grion around and top of legs, the ones under my arm are white lump type spots an can become quite swollen under the skin.
One of the spots on my stomach area under my stomach has become big and blistered twice before, when it popped it was leaking a whole day with blood and puss. i havent had a blister in a few weeks now. The white lumps under my arms i noticed around 2 years ago they were smaller then so didn't cause a problem but the red ones around can cover some of my stomach area to. there very small thought.

The pain is constant been there around three weeks, its more into my bottom or very low part of my back.

The pressure i fell under my ribs is not there all the time i fell it every week on different days and times eg. it doesnt hurt just fells uncomfortable

thank you for taking the time to read this

Brief Answer:
as explained in details.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
Pictures help for the ''on-the-spot'' diagnosis so that I can guide you through.

Well your elucidate history now indicates the following:
The groin and the area around it has red blotchy rash of the size of 2 P coin and is suggestive of either the fungal infection of some skin disorder. That is why your Doctor wanted to check for diabetes.

The ones in the armpits are suggestive of a condition called hidradenitis and regular cleaning with water and applying liquid povidone iodine can help to sterilize the skin.

The pain in the low back can be due to muscle spasm or sacroiilitis and an opinion of an Orthopedic Surgeon should help you to get the proper diagnosis, ask for proper investigations like MRI if required and give you the most appropriate treatment.

Pressure in the ribs can be due to costochondritis or myalgia and the medicines for low backache will help here too.

I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries, I shall be happy to assist you more.
