Brief Answer:
Rt.Kidney has to be removed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that your daughter has non functioning hydronephrotic Rt.Kidney.with Lt kidney with three large stones and several small stones.

Rt kidney being obstructed and hydronephrotic there is high risk of she developing infection in that kidney getting converted into Pyonephrosis.and urosepsis. In view of this dreaded complication it is better to remove the Rt. kidney ,

As regards her Lt kidney which is also containing three large stones and multiple stones it is better to get all the stones treated with Per Cutaneous Nephro Lithotripsy(PCNL).

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,
I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Brief Answer:
She may need Renal Transplant in near future.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up.
Looking at the Left kidney which is the only partially functioning renal unit and also diseased ,it is likely that she will land in Chronic Renal Failure in near future necessitating to go for Renal Transplant.

Please go ahead and get investigated suitable family member matching as a related donor.
