Brief Answer:
The stent will help keep blood flowing, need to prevent further blockages

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and I can assure you not to be worried about as long there is stent inserted and are continuing adequate treatment.

In order to prevent future short and long-term complications, I advise to continue:

- following a healthy lifestyle regimen.
- regular follow up with cardiologist
- yearly cardiac tests
- keep on regular drug treatment

To conduct a healthy lifestyle it's recommended a diet (Mediterranean) reach in vegetable salads, olive oil, white meat and fish (and poor in animal fats and red meat). Also it's recommended to increase physical activities and two walk at least 30 minutes a day. Decrease alcohol intake (don't drink more than 1 glass of wine per day).

Hope it helped!

Brief Answer:
Should find the cause to ear aches first...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

Thank you for your follow up queries.

Further examinations are needed to find out why you are having ear aches:
- blockage of the neck arteries
- oscillations in blood pressure
- ear examination by ENT specialist to rule out local issues

Garlic is a good supplement to help with artery blockage and optimize high blood pressure (if it is present). Once the underlying cause will be eliminated, you will not feel ear aches.

All the best!
