Brief Answer:
Hello, Need not worry.

Detailed Answer:

Hello XXXXXXX
Welcome to HCM.
Thank you for the query.
I understand your concern.
Gas is fairly a common problem and us usually related to our diet, lifestyle and physical activity.
Can try taking an antacid like omez -D (20 mg) available over the counter after consulting your doctor once in morning. This can be taken for a 2 weeks or so and see how you feel.
In addition lifestyle modification will help you.
1) Eating on time
2) Taking adequate sleep
3) Regular walking
4) Avoiding sleep 2 hours after meals
5) Cutting down on stress and anxiety
6) Stop alcohol, smoking or tobacco in any form if any.
Getting some basic tests like doing complete blood count, thyroid function test, stool examination will help too.
All this will help you to control symptoms in long run.
Hope this answers your query.
Wish you a speedy recovery.
Happy to help.
