Brief Answer:
Most likely gastritis and motility disorder.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking Health care magic forum.

I have gone through your query. Your problem is most likely gastritis and motility disorder. As ultrasound is fine you are unlikely to have gall bladder stones. If that is done long back then you can take an ultrasound again to confirm it.

Do you have heart burn (burning sensation in chest or acid reflux)?
Do you have discomfort associated with fatty food intake like egg yolk or cakes?
Do you have flattulence (passing of flatus) more?

If you were my patient i would suggest to take proton pump inhibitors like rabeperazole and motility agents like domperidone for 1 month.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Hi and Welcome.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for your follow up query.

Flattulence can be a sign of gall stones. But as you have no symptoms associated with fatty food intake it is more unlikely. You can repeat an ultrasound and confirm it.
The drugs i suggested is there Generic names. I usually suggest Rabium DSR which is a combination of rabeprazole and domperidone in sustained release preparation. We are not allowed to prescribe drugs. You should approach your local doctor for this.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
