Answered by Dr. Dr. Rakhi Tayal (3 hours later)
Brief Answer:
It will resolve on its own.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The small blood like blister on the baby's tongue can be due to local trauma by a bite or due to sucking on some hard stuff. This is not worrisome. It usually resolves on its own in few weeks. Please do not worry. Even if it bursts, you can apply glycerine on it to avoid irritation.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.

Start after 6 months.

Brief Answer:
Breast milk avoids constipation.

Detailed Answer:
Giving small amount of pulses is good for the baby.
Breast milk is the best for preventing constipation. In case you are giving any formula feed then it needs to be changed.
Good starter high-fiber foods for constipated infants are pureed pears, papaya and prunes.
You can do a light massage to induce better intestinal movement.
Put the baby on its back on a soft surface. Then hold both the feet of the baby in the air. Then slowly circulate both the legs in the air. Follow different kinds of movements for each leg - clockwise for one and anticlockwise for the other, and change the orders. This helps to improve the function of the digestive tract and the baby will have a bowel movement soon.

My right side breast looks bigger than left m breast feeding i have empty the breast but still looks big n there is small pea size lump in tht which is not painful i press it while feeding it goes away again comes back after some time
doctor
Answered by Dr. Dr. Rakhi Tayal (5 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Normal variation.

Detailed Answer:
A slight variation in the breast size can be due to hypertrophy of the breast glands due to breast feeding. Such a small difference in size is a normal variation. A small lump that goes off while feeding is likely to be a prominent gland. It is also not worrisome. It will gradually decrease with massage after you stop breast feeding.

What are the normal bowl
Movements for 4 mpnths old baby in a day??
doctor
Answered by Dr. Dr. Rakhi Tayal (3 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Pssing hard stools is constipation. Frequency does not matter.

Detailed Answer:
A baby can pass stool only once in 2-3 days. It depends on his habit and it varies from child to child. It is normal for the baby if the stool is not hard and the baby does not have to strain to pass the stool.
Constipation is passing of hard stools- even if the baby is having a bowel movement daily.
Don't worry as most cases of constipation are temporary. Simple lifestyle changes, such as getting more exercise, massage, drinking more fluids and eating a high-fiber diet, will provide relief from constipation.

Brief Answer:
Rash can be due to allergy.

Detailed Answer:
I have seen the attached photo. The color of poop is normal.
The red rashes on the face can be due to viral flu or due to allergy. The allergy can be due to medicines or foods like peanuts or eggs.
In most of the viral infections the rash starts after the fever subsides, may spread to the whole body or peak for a couple of days and then gradually subside on its own in few days to a week.
The rash might be associated with itching and may respond to antihistamine drugs like cetrizine or hydroxyzine.
But if there is any new symptom like bleeding, pain, pus discharge, breathing difficulty then please consult your pediatrician for confirmation of diagnosis .
Regards.
