I checked his weight today his weight was6.3 kgs n he is4 months is it normal weight n birth weight was 2.9 kgs

Good starter high-fiber foods for constipated infants are pureed pears, papaya and prunes.
You can do a light massage to induce better intestinal movement.
Put the baby on its back on a soft surface. Then hold both the feet of the baby in the air. Then slowly circulate both the legs in the air. Follow different kinds of movements for each leg - clockwise for one and anticlockwise for the other, and change the orders. This helps to improve the function of the digestive tract and the baby will have a bowel movement soon.

My right side breast looks bigger than left m breast feeding i have empty the breast but still looks big n there is small pea size lump in tht which is not painful i press it while feeding it goes away again comes back after some time
