Suggest Treatment For Blisters On Foreskin

Question: I have really tiny like blisters only on the outside tip of my foreskin I pop them and clean them out and then they go away..I have only had one sex partner and she has had no symptoms.also when I was a kid I use to get the tiny little blisters on my hands. Can u tell me what you think is going on

It is not clear about exact morphology of rash ,symptoms ,partner history, intercourse history etc.
It may be due to herpes or allergy or fungal infection or Else.
It may be herpes if recurrent water filled tiny grouped vesicles .
