Brief Answer:
Oral ulcer

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I'm sorry but the attached prescription is not readable but it raises a doubt about the ulcer being malignant.

My advice is you should get her examined by an ENT SPECIALIST and a biopsy must be done from the ulcer.

Please send me the pictures of the ulcer. I can also suggest you better once I get to see the lesions.

Thanks and regards

Brief Answer:
Retromolar area ulcers

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the pictures.
The ulcer is in the retromolar area. It looks like a malignancy. It must be examined properly.
For how long is she having these ulcers?
What medicines has she been taking so far?
Apply candid mouth paint 4 to 5 times a day and use hexidine mouth wash.
Take a probiotic.
Take tablet vitamin c once daily.
The oral hygiene is not good. You should get the scaling done for her teeth.
Wait for at least 5 days with these medicines. if the ulcer doesn't seem to be healing, get a biopsy done. You can get a CECT throat done.
You can ask any questions if you any doubts.
All the medicines I have prescribed will be available at prescription only.
Take care
Thanks and regards

Brief Answer:
Retromolar area ulcer

Detailed Answer:
Hi
You can give her tablet diclofenac prior to she eats anything. She can apply xylocaine oral gel over the lesion before eating. it will anaesthetise the area and might help her to eat properly.
Use hexidine mouth wash and apply candid mouth paint 4 to 5 times a day.
You can get her examined by any consultant in the ENT OPD.

All the medicines I have prescribed will be available at prescription only.
Any further questions are always welcome.
Take care
