Brief Answer:
Drain the blister, apply antibiotic cream and keep it covered

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mr XXXXXXX

Welcome to health care magic.

I have gone through your query and I suggest the following:

If the blister is about pea size, it'll dry up by itself, but if larger you need to drain it to reduce the pain.

To drain it, wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water, apply antiseptic over the blister, take a sharp needle with its tip cleaned by alcohol or antiseptic and puncture near the edge of blister.

Allow the fluid to drain and do not peel off the skin over the blister.

That skin will provide protection against infection.

Clean the blister area thoroughly and apply silverex cream all over the area.

It is recommended to keep the blister area clean and dry.

Avoid footwear that can apply pressure over the blister area.

If unavoidable, you can cover the wound with clean bandage.

If very painful, you can take over the counter painkillers.

The blister will heal completely within a week if you follow the above instructions.

You can continue your normal work as long as you can keep the blister area clean.

I hope I have cleared all your doubts.

Please do not hesitate to get back if any more queries.

Thanks.
