Suggest Treatment For Blister Below Penis Head
Question: Hello Doctor,
Greetings of the day.
2 days back I had sex for the first time and later there was a blister below penis head. Gradually within hours that blister look alike bulge got reduced.. And I feel small pain on tip of my penis head....
During masturbation also I was not forcing my foreskin back of the head. That's the first time I forced it back and had an intercourse. Foreskin was behind head for almost 4 hours.
Could you please let me know the reason for the blister kind of bulge and the reason for pain.

If the blisters are multiple grouped, then these could be due Genital Herpes.
But from your explanation you had a large bulging (like a baloon) following the act of sex, was due to a condition called as 'Paraphimosis'. The tight foreskin (with somebody) when retracted back it formed a constricted ring behind the head of penis and press the circulation and caused edema which is called as paraphimosis.
If it was severe, sometimes surgical intervention might be needed. If you had swelling subsided spontaneously, get examined by your doctor, whether your foreskin is moving freely or not. Otherwise it is better to have a circumcision (removal of foreskin). If not your sexual experiences would be unpleasant every time.
